We walk fast, work hard, worry think deeply and sometimes worry a lot. When we do look around, it’s often to see what’s gone wrong, what we should have done better. Of course, things sometimes do go well, but then we often think they could have gone even better.
Always in a rush, usually we scarcely have time for the beautiful things around us. What a shame, because they’re there, those beautiful things. When we do take the time to reflect, it makes us feel so much better.
That’s the reason for this app, to remind you to pay more attention to the beautiful things in life.

How Beauty Today works
In Beauty Today you can set a timer signal for the end of the day. When the time signal goes off, it reminds you to take a moment to reflect on what went well that day. You then can open the app and go to . When you open the ‘Write screen’ of Beauty Today, where it will ask you:
What is the most beautiful thing you experienced today?
You can describe your special moment in four ways:
– A short title which describes your moment in a way so you will remember it later
– A longer description where you can tell the story of what actually happened in more detail
– Give your moment a score from 1 to 10
– Add an image that reminds you of the moment.
